Arcadia Lite is one of the valley's hottest spots to be and be seen. This wonderful neighborhood located west of historic Arcadia built between the 1920s and 1950s with prices ranging from the mid-$200,000s on the low end and $500,000 on the higher side is where people are choosing to call home. The reasonable prices (compared to Arcadia's multimillion-dollar estates) along with some of the Valley's top hotspots like The Vig, La Grande Orange, Postinos, Tee Pee, Little Woody's, great shopping, hiking, bike riding along the canal...to name a few.
Reaching about a square half mile west from approximately 40th St to 32nd St and North from Indian School to Campbell the area provides mostly Ranch style homes built in the 50s and 60s with larger lots, large grassy lawns and mature trees . Phoenix Magazine named Arcadia Lite among the hottest neighborhoods to live in the Valley. They also have claimed that Arcadia Lite is “trendsetting” and is the “move-up home” after the neighborhood has seen a lot of builder revitalization and turnover in the last several years.
The sense of community in Arcadia Lite is strong, and the area has a reputation for being very safe. Luxury homes exist in Arcadia Lite, but the area is better known for its variety of median priced homes. The neighborhood lets you take advantage of living between Downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale’s nightlife at a fraction of the cost it would be if you lived in either of those.
